Cluster lashes are small groups of lashes applied underneath your natural lash line to add instant length, volume and definition. Ideal for special occasions or short-term wear. Please note: Cluster lashes are temporary enhancements and are not recommended for long-term wear.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Fees: * $15 Same-Day appointment fee applies to all bookings made the same day. *$15 After-Hours fee applies to appointments scheduled after 7:00pm. Payments: *NO Refunds on any services rendered, deposits, or promotional fees. *Promotional pricing may be cash only unless otherwise stated. Cancellation & Rescheduling *Clients may reschedule one time with at least 24 hours' notice. *Rescheduling less than 24 hours will result in a forfeit of any deposit or fees paid. *No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Late Policy: *Please arrive on time. A 5-minute grace period is allowed. *Arrivals 10-minutes late will result in a fee. Reminder: *Arrive with No make-up or skincare products on. *Avoid liquid consumption before your arrival. *Disclose any sensitives or allergies. Agreement: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above
